awesome local PDX tee from the year 2000!!! this street/area of Portland still hosts these street fairs, you can even buy vintage at them! nice bright big graphic with a lovely text of "A Multicultural Neighborhood Celebration"! The collar was pretty dang stained but I gave it an oxi bath and she cleaned up nicely :)
